Town of Croghan 2024 Organizational Meeting 01-17-2024
The Meeting of the Town Board of the Town of Croghan, County of Lewis and the State of New York was held at the Town Municipal Building, 9882 State Route 126 Beaver Falls, on the 17th day of January, 2024.

Attended by: 14 Individuals
Supervisor Boliver called the meeting to order at 6:00pm with the Pledge of Allegiance.
Town Board designates Community Bank, N.A. as the official depository of all monies and authorizes Supervisor to place money in the Checking/Savings accounts at the Lowville or West Carthage branches.
The following bills are paid Prior to Audit and approved at the next Board meeting:

The Town Board designates the Journal and Republican as the official newspaper for all Town notices. linkinglewiscounty.com will also be used if necessary.
Appointment of Deputy Supervisor Yvonne Hamlin-Boliver for the term 1/1/24 – 12/31/24.
Appointment of Historian Laurie Halladay for the term 1/1/24 – 12/31/24.
Appointment of Justice Clerk Aimee Murphy for the term 1/1/24 – 12/31/24.
Appointment of Council Member Alex Virkler to Beaver Falls Sewer District Committee.

Town Officials and Employees shall be reimbursed $ .60/mile for use of personal vehicles while performing Town duties. All reimbursement must be an accurate account of mileage, places visited and submitted by voucher for Board approval.
Regular Board Meetings will be held on the 3rd Monday of each month @ 6pm.
*Meetings falling on a legal holiday will be scheduled accordingly.
RESOLUTION NO. 01 OF 2024
ACCEPT ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES FOR THE YEAR 2024
On a motion by Councilmember Hamlin-Boliver, seconded by Councilmember Meyer the following resolution was
ADOPTED Ayes (4) Boliver, Hamlin-Boliver, Meyer, Virkler Nays (0)
RESOLVED, the Town Board accepts all changes for the year 2024.
With no further business, on a motion by Councilmember Hamlin-Boliver, seconded by Councilmember Meyer, the meeting adjourned at 6:07pm. Carried unanimously.
